Note to self: Mandarin Orange vodka, even when cut with seltzer can be dangerous - it tastes exactly like I remember Orange Crush tasted. Usually drink Pineapple mixed with Coconut and cut with seltzer for my own "homemade" Pina Coladas - I drink the Orange way too fast :drunk::cheers::pete::beerbbq:

Calming breathes - nice and long thru the nose, and nice and long thru the mouth while clearing the mind.

I ran around all day, don't know if I actually got anything important done. Let's see the boss has plenty of room in the garage but the work bench is still a mess, I can get to at least enough pellets to get me to the beginning of 2016. The squash are now in the garage instead of on boards in the garden curing. I cleaned 4 windows and installed my interior storms. The patio door (second level deck) screen is standing up against the back wall of the garage. KC didn't care much for me running around and told me so, she also didn't like that patio door screen coming into the house (I think it scared her). The backyard swing got situated for the winter snows. It was a bit raw outside today with the wind.

Yeah, that wind was something. Blew over a heavy potted plant and dislodged my front screen door (which I fixed). The pellet stoves were starting up quite a bit more than normal because of the air filtration. Now, nice and calm, and I had to turn the pellet stoves down.

Well, that too. That is why I refused to try to round up the ones already on the ground.

Ah, thanks for the reminder to stack the outdoor furniture (all 2 pieces) so it is out of the way of the snow blower.

That's early for you isn't it. I thought they interfered with seasonal interior decorations. Good to get it done. Just as I was finding our floor, in came some more boxes for me to sort out. Sort out is short for "get rid of". I hope I can find the floor sometimes soon. I have a couple area carpets to put down on these ceramic tile floors. That will help some with cold feet during the winter. Might just roll them up again next summer. Floors are easier to keep clean without carpets.

I had cleaned up all of the yard furniture that I normally bring in last weekend. I just angle the awning on the swing so the snow load doesn't build up on it. After a couple of snow storms the swing is well anchored to the ground so it doesn't move at all.

I don't do the ones in the kitchen/dinning area until after the holidays, the other ones get installed after I clean the windows. Likely this week the others will get done, maybe they will be done by the end of the day tomorrow. Usually these are done before the start up of the stove, that event depends upon the boss going up to camp in October. We were up to camp for all of a hour on 10/3 to pull the pump, and drain the waterlines, clean out the fridge, and turn off the power. We were on the road more than twice that amount of time, and spent more time eating lunch (lobster rolls) at a place we have been stopping at for decades.
