You probably dont. The feeder is for power supplies like the XMT or a trail blazer engine driven welder. The spools are too big for most home welding machines. Not sure if the consumables fit other welders, the tips and liners probably do. Not looking to make a killing here. Would take half of retail just to keep it in the FHC family.
I'd love to take that suitcase off your hands. It'd make a good mate for my Bobcat. I just can't justify spending the extra money right now.
Sorry to disappoint but it won't work with your Bobcat. You need the 12VS not the 12RC. Seen a lot of people get screwed on these because they bought the wrong one. Your power supply needs to have a 14 pin control port and be a CC/CV supply, ie the XMT or TrailBlazer. Otherwise I'd be willing to hold it for you or do a payment plan. Unfortunately, it's not what you need.
Yeah I had a TB325. It got sold along with a bunch of other stuff when we were in the market for a house. Current place doesn't have a shop so not much point in running MIG. I'd just as soon run 6010 as dual shield. I don't need the increased deposition rate and don't want to mess with gas bottles.
About the only things that I could use would be the drive rollers. I took the Miller gun and hose off my 250, and picked up a 25' Eliminator, so the tips wont fit I am loaded with 6 rolls of ER70S-6 so the Lincoln rolls arent needed ............. However, those Hobart rolls .............. I understand that they are flux cored, but MUST they be used as dual shield, or can they be used without shielding gas ?
The Excel Arc is designed to be run as a dual shield. Not sure how well it will run as gas less. I may have 2 8"-ers of gas less, will have to check.
