Nice. I'm planning on chaining up my Foreman this weekend for the fall fire wood season and ice fishing. I run studded diamond pattern on the back an v-bar on the front. Makes a HUGE difference in the swamp when crawling over down limbs and other forest crap.

I see you have the chains back on Dave. Is the mud bad?

Glad you are getting out to do the cutting now. Snow will be flying up there very soon no doubt. Nice to get as much as you can before the snow. Around here, we start in December and sometimes we have to deal with snow and sometimes not or I should say not much. We usually get snow but it does not always stay much before Christmas. After that, anything goes.

Plan in a few weeks +/-, depends on the weather
Got a few more cord to round up before the weather shuts off the road to the cutting area.

    Yes
    Same area

Others have been in there cutting,
Having to make new trials farther back in,
& I be be less picky
but the plan is to get birch if I can.

Will try to get more pics when not cutting in the rain
Took today off to give the back a rest & clean up the equipment

    Mud was turning to grease.
yesterday I quit early after 2 scary trip down hill ,
hit the brakes & started sliding & the trailer tried to pass the atv
Had to hit the gas , & going fast on rough terrain , afraid something will break.
Needed one more tree for a full load, figured not worth the risk

Without chains on, wouldn't get in or out.
Have a set for the front, but when it gets that slick,
being by myself, , safer to be at the house

Today, my R&R day , it was dry .
    Figures
At least the trail is drying out some. :)
