Never a bad morning when you get your 5 man limit in under an hour. That and it being almost 60 out

Shooting a pond on a large farm. Got there and chased probably 3000 geese off it and they wanted back in badly!

I could rarely ever drop one of those things. Sometimes I would be unfortunate enough to kill one, and then what to do with it?? Seems like the goose is one of the only animals that will lay dead in a field or near a road, and nothing else eats it.

I cut the breasts into 1/2 - 3/4" slices, marinade in "Montreal Steak" mix for 1-2 days, and do them on the gas grill .................. yummy ! (if you have not figured it out by now from other posts, I marinade everything in McCormick Montreal mix)

Another good appetizer is, cut small slices of breasr meat then half jalapeƱos and put cheese and goose in the half then wrap it in bacon. Throw it on the grill and oh man is that good. I plucked one whole and breasted the rest today.
