Darn straight, so long as they have the requisite nasty attitude, and can cut it. Make mine orange & black, though. Who came up with teal?

Dolmar's are good saws. Thought this one was pretty stout till I got the 288XP put together. I had a Makita 6401 but felt it was pretty big, heavy and bulky for the size although strong for 60cc. Picked up this one with original chain/bar, even still had stickers on the bar from when sold.

The Dolmars are good saws and have a loyal following. Let's see if anyone recognizes this pic and where it was. CIMG1379.JPG

Fall Iowa GTG at Nate's place..
The Red's on the right were mine and the blue's on the left are Nate's. The 166 in Mac colors belongs to Mark Heiman...

How's that for a case of CRS Ron?
    Lol...

Yea, Matt, I love the cooler temps. I don't necessarily look forward to winter(although I don't mind it), but I really look forward to fall weather! I could handle months of fall type weather and ya wouldn't hear any complaining from me.

Well, the way you guys are goin on 'bout Dolmars, my one experience with 'em must have been a fluke.
My brother bought one a few years back with a 14 or 16" bar on it to use as a limbing saw, I don't recall the model. I used it most of the day one Saturday and was thoroughly DONE with Dolmar by the end of the day. It started easy and ran very well, plenty of power, but HEAVY, holy smokes the thing was heavy. My elbow still tends to be tender when sawing all day long ever since that one day 2-3 years ago.
I suspect that his saw was actually a mid size saw and had been "downsized" bar wise...he sold it and bought a Stihl 170 or 180 for limbing...very nice little saw

    : update :
Won a PS 6400H courtesy of Performance Outdoor Equipment .( Jeremy and Shauna's fund raiser )
Modded the muffler ,and put a 7910 P&C on it . Couldn't be happier with the saw ,or the service from Performance Outdoor . Doing the mod let me go through the saw pretty well . They are very high quality and well built . Love the heated handles !
