    Finished up with red pine #2 today - got a little over a face cord of firewood to finish out the pallet, a bit of lumber to build another, and 4 more cants to play with later.

    AWESOME stack job! I just tell myself it dries the same whether or its pretty or not! Maybe someday I will have the time for perfection. Good job Shawn. Very cool that you are building your own pallets as well.

    Shawn, why is it EVERY time you post a pic of a stack, it looks to be done with a plumb-bob and level, OR, you are cheating and stacking it rough and then cutting them straight with a 50" chainsaw or something????
