All done with the projects I had going today. With the garden now planted, lawn mowed (what my 'Pop did all afternoon- now beat red from the sun), dinners made, ate, cleaned, it's time to relax. Now we had a bunch of hot dogs for dinner, and there's a bunch of hot dogs outside the door:
Looks good man! Snagged a dead Norway Maple a few weeks back and I'll be burning a lot of it this winter. Unfortunately, I took a bunch of junk to get a pile that looks like yours
Some of it will be split and some just burned whole. I needed some immediately burnable wood, it fit the bill nicely. When I know I'll be running the stove in the spring/summer/early fall, I cut a load of ready to go stuff rather than break into my stash!/
