I'm sick of hauling the wood to my car and trailer with a wheel barrow.

I'm looking at a Kawasaki bayou 300 4x4 Tuesday after work. I'm bringing the trailer.

These quads are as bulletproof as they come. I've ridden one in high school. This ones from the early 90's.

I'll take pics of it works out.

Hopefully it does, as this will make my work a lot easier.

ATV is the only way to go IMO. Good score.
Enjoy no more wheel barrowing! You will wonder why you waited this long.

Those old ATVs are the most reliable-no full of features but bullet proof.

Yeah, these old bayous are small compared to the ones made today, and as you said, bullet proof. Apparently one of those crazy Antarctic living groups only buy old bayous because they are the only ones that always start.

Ok then, here's his pic. Nobody go and steal it out from under me.

It's no beauty queen, but it's priced right

    Hopefully....

Tomorrow night I'll go after work and hopefully bring it home. Cash in pocket, trailer hooked to Audi in the driveway, walther already set, tie downs in the Audi too.

Ohh, junk food for dinner since it's south of work, I'm thinking taco Bell, but I'll go wherever is easy.

We've got a nicer newer bigger quad up at the cottage, but that is hours away, and dad always needs it.

I had a 1993 Bayou 220- I loved that machine! I could load I to a truck by myself without ramps-load the front onto the tailgate, get behind it and lift the rear and push it the rest of the way.
I can remember taking myself and 2 others out of the woods deer hunting- and starting it while in the Adirondacks when the temperature was -26 by placing a piece of metal siding under with coals from the stove on it.
I only sold it to put a loader on my first Kubota. Thanks for making me think about some memories!

Happy for you. Toss the he wheelbarrow and keep your back. You are going to own a workhorse.

I really hope nothing goes wrong and you do get it, if you don't, sounds like you're going to be disappointed

I would be disappointed. It's adding a bunch of time to my commute home, plus any time wasted. If it's not as good as represented, but still good enough to buy, I'll just talk him down more.
