I know some places sell antlers for dog chews, and some people use them for projects. If anyone here has an interest in some Whitetail antlers (none too big) I would be happy to give some away. I used some as gun perches in my safe which worked well. What I have could easily fit into an empty box the size of a case of beer.
Beer come with it? What kind? Just how many antlers you got? I have a big pair waiting to get put to use... Antlers, that is...
I might be mixing up members, but it might have Shawn Curry or swags , anyway, someone here was making decorative signs with antlers as well as other projects. Maybe someone else remembers?
10-20 antlers (not pairs) I would say. I have a box of smaller stuff I was wanting to get to a good home, but I also have some nicer pieces I would put toward a good cause.
My wife makes some things with them. She made curtain tie backs with them in our house. I've also made a few coats racks with them.
I'd be up for a few smaller ones. I want to make a housewarming gift for my buddy at work. It'll involve some forged iron to go with it.
