60's out again today so that means prime firewood cutting time, got a little bit done already before I have to nap for work tonight, love the mix of smells, cherry and 2 stroke fumes.

Looks like those 60's are eating that snow quite nicely too.

Forest is almost completely clear of snow and ice, unfortunately a majority of it flows right through our driveway.:headbang:

Today marks the end of my night shifts, I go to a 7:30-3:30 job starting Monday, I absolutely despise overnights.

Your pic with the wheelbarrow reminded me of something. I need a new one this spring.
I bought and all steel one about 4 years ago and it has taken the abuse of firewood but the abuse of
mother nature. The handles have already rusted where it meets the bin.

I got that wheelbarrow for free. It's good for what I use it for but any force (ie throwing wood into it) breaks the plastic. Any chance you could sand and weld on some steel to recondition the old wheelbarrow? I had two full loads of cherry of that put into the shed, now the whole area smells a little bubble gummish.:D
