    Went to the MD today. He said my b12 is severely low and my vitamin D is also low. Small wonder why my butt is dragging. Went to physical therapy. They said they can't help because there is too much damage deep in the knee joint. Sucks.

    Yup it is a lot of work and it doesn't get to be not a big thing until you have done it over and over many times. The boss worked for an interior decorator and got to do a lot of different things in the repair, stabilize, refurbish line.

    For the B12 toss a few crabs into the mix to go along with the steamers or on the side pan fry a beef liver :p.

    I do believe clams are one of the highest foods in b12. However, absorption issues due to medicine interference would need to be taken care of first if there is one.

    You can still get good quality sturdiness from the Amish /Menonites. There is a furniture store near my work that has all really nice American made stuff and alot of that is Amish but its spendy for sure $$$$$.

    I've started on Vit b12 liquid 5000mcg daily. 2000 of vit D. I can't get in the sun much because of my meds and having gone through a ton of treatments remove sun related skin issues. I was a red head, fair skin, blue eyes. Didn't do the sun screen thing. Now I have it by the door and in the car. Smokey, it was a med that is most likely guilty of my b12 issue, Just can't stop that med. I don't want to sit this year out. I would like to get going on some gardening. I don't plan on going much of anywhere. Riding in a car is not my idea of fun. I like to stop, get out and explore around some. Not the stores or tourist traps
