New Coal Rake

I modified one, by adding a wooden handle. It is now 35" long. I cut the end of the metal handle off, drilled 2 holes in the end of the wood. Then epoxied the metal handle ends into the holes.

 

I think I found the last one at the Dayton south (75 & 675) Wal-Mart so I bought it Thanks for the heads up cribbed ends

 

If you are not already passed it, the Walmart at the I-75 exit 122 (Norris Clinton exit) had 4 or 5 left Friday.

 

Maybe on our way back north later this week. Hey Loon, you want me to smuggle one back into Canada for you too

 

Gonna need one for that outside Wood Trough Bathtub.

 

You may need something a little larger for your party tub

I visited two different wallyworld stores lookin' for that, no joy. Too good a deal to pass up

 

Nice, you will ove that extra lenght! I bought a similar looking rake from Woodstock and the only problem with it is it was too short to reach all the way across the PH box from the side door. So I brought it to a welding shop and had them add a foot to the handle and I'm much happier with it now. Can't say I only spent $6 though~!!

 

Yes. I am very happy with the extra length. It only cost me a little time as I used a limb, of which I only have about 12,486,769 +/-.
