    Yep, front. Our biggest snowfall this year was 3.8 inches. Prolly shouldn't have said that...

    Come on over to the other side of the lake and you can have both. :)

    It really hasn't been that bad here this winter. Usually we get snow, it melts some, wash, rinse, repeat. The folks in NE well passed what I saw this year.

    The first patch of grass showed itself late this afternoon. It's under a Norway spruce so not much sticks.

    It didn't take long for the dog to make it over to the grass and make a 'welcome to spring' deposit.

    Beautiful day here, almost hit 40! It's amazing how nice a little sun and warmth feels. Got the garage back in order and cleaned up a little bit. Loaded up the CPM with some Ozark Hardwood pellets to test out.

    Checked out the house, but it wasn't enough to convince me to move. Kitchen and dining room were gorgeous, the rest of the house was just ok. The backyard was too steep for the kids to play in, and it was too close to a major highway and railroad tracks. I like my peace and quiet. Looks like we'll stay here a bit longer...

    My son went on the snowmobile trail that goes past my property. He told me the snow is several feet deep in some areas. We had a lot of drifting. Most of the juniper shrubs on the power line are completly burried. It is going to be a long time before any ground is showing.

    Early January had almost no snowmobiling around here. That changed quickly after the blizzard set the jet stream into motion of storm after storm and no melting.

    Playing torture tester, been having the DLNA server I got setup yesterday spend the day feeding stuff to several different media players. So far so good, I now get to find out why Banshee disconnects. I have one constant to change in the server before I compile a new version. I have video, photos, and music going all at the same time. The shipping notification just arrived for my new toy. It will be here on Wednesday.
