Ok thanks, I was thinking about running the brush on the inside up the vertical while the blower is on outside, maybe less dusty inside?

I don't get any dust on the inside. I don't take any of my vent apart to do the LBT, I just run the vent brush through the vent a few times before I attach the blower

I've only had to clear the roof once this season, and that was when we got 32" of snow in 5 days back in November. Last year I think I cleared it 4 times.

I don't know how much snow my 56 year old roof can hold, but as long as I live here I'm not going to find out.

I wouldn't have to worry about it on the other houses we have owned as the snow didn't pile up that high due to the roof pitch, this house has relatively low pitch to the roof so more gets deposited up there. Only about 18" when I started removing it, the water equivalent was around 2" which translate into about 10 pounds per square foot, the deck I didn't build that I haul the roof snow down onto after having whatever is on the deck removed can easily handle close to 60 lbs per square foot or a foot of water equivalent. I have to walk under that deck a lot so I inspect it on a regular basis. Unlike the roof earlier in this thread there are lots of thingies (technical term) that aren't missing on the deck. That deck is a story up and is not an entry to the house. That is below the deck as is the garage door.

Feels like summer right now. It's 34℉ and the sun is shining. The 55-TRPEP is the only stove running on level 3. House is a nice 70℉. Which is higher than I thought it would be. Unfortunately this will be short lived

36* in the shade, 53* in the sun. Got out before and used the roof rake to clean off a lot of snow. At least the front of the house is finally ice free in the gutters......not so much in the back, but cleared it off about 6' up. Like IHP said though, cold returns for 3-4 days, and then up into the 30's starting next weekend.......dare I say that there is an end in sight?? <no jinx> :binoculars:
