OK So I have always wanted a wood fired oven in my kitchen, but I also want a stove or insert in there. So my current situation is I have an existing chimney that I can get an insulated liner dropped in and I am curious if I can make a custom stove/WFo combo that share the flue. My thought is to have a T that I can change the flue from the oven to the stove. Is that possible? or could I just have both of them fed into the same flue? I could put a damper in to close off one of them while not in use. This would solve my problem of wanting both butonly having one flue to run. Any thoughts?

I think by code you are not allowed to share one flue with two appliances.

These guys are 'somewhat' competitors of us but I dont mind giving them a plug. They make a very clean burning wood oven at a reasonable price. I think Obadiah's web site sells them in the USA. It can double up to heat up your house.

This is a cool cook stove. Was on the old site, but worth a repeat.

See link above. They have a whole bunch of different models.

BTW, I'm about 20 Min drive from Elmira Cookstoves. They have gorgeous units but pricey..
