    x2!!

He covered so many songs and made them "better" versions than the original. He's; in my mind, the white Ray Charles. Love his style. RIP.

Ah, that's too bad. For some reason I've been wondering about him lately, even Googled him a couple days ago since I was thinking I haven't heard any news about him in a while. Liked his unique sound.

I like to dance slow with my wife to this one. One of the best "suck-up"songs ever... I always liked Joe's voice.

Heard the news at work today. Went downstairs and dug out my Joe Cocker's greatest hits CD. Going to fire up the tunes and listen to it shortly.

    RIP Joe.

heard about it on the radio. The debate was "what was his biggest/most remembered song"

My Dad is bummed out about this news, he was a big fan of Joe's.
There was a little bar he'd hang out at on the Western Slope, always told Dad I'd head over there one day and buy him a drink. Guess that opportunity has passed.
He did kinda shy away from gapers though, don't blame him. Or so a friend from there told me.
    RIP Joe.

Unfortunately it's only going to get more frequent. The musician's that a lot of us grew up with are getting older.

    Good Night Joe. RIP.
