Bait?

A Friend of the Family worked st the Hyster Tech center, in Fairview, OR for many years, he told us about a coworker who had a serious Mole problem, tried everything, nothing seemed to work.

He finally got frustrated, and brought home a tank of welding acetylene, stuck the hose into a hole, opened the valve, came back a little later, and dropped a match.

Sounds like he was Lucky he didn’t end up in the Hospital. From the way Ted told it, it did a Lot of damage to the guy’s foundation, sidewalk and yard. Evidently acetylene isn’t as finicky as chainsaws about Air/Fuel mixtures

I never did hear if it solved the mole problem, seems the guy didn’t like to talk about it too much

People like that are the reason why there's all that fine print and warnings everywhere

 

I know a guy that last year tried to seat the bead of a tire with acetylene. Acetylene 1, tire 0, hearing -5. Said his ears rang for a week and now knows flying chunks of rubber sting.
