Replenish

Got one row finished between rain showers. Got the splitter stowed away and it started raining more.

 

Is your stack 3-4 splits wide?
Looking like rain any minute here but there’s absolutely no wind. Calm before the storm?
I’m going to need to pack my basement to make room for more wood in the stacks. Being fully stocked has its advantages and disadvantages it seems.

 

3 rows deep and I believe I have enough here to finish the other 2 rows. Plus still have more to get yet.

Stacks are looking mighty fine LP.

If you hoard more wood you'll have less grass to mow...just a thought!

 

More progress today. 3/4 of the second row. Couldn't push myself to finish the row. This row is red oak, ash and sugar maple

 

I can also say with confidence I have more than enough here to finish off the pile (3rd row).

 

2nd row done and a good start on the final row.

 

Always amazes me that much firewood and so few trees in pics

 

plenty of woods around just not in my back yard

 

Finished off the pile, now I just have to get the rubber roofing rolled back over and it can steep for 4 years.
