Tree service dropped off some large pin oak logs.i cut about a half dozen rounds off and noodled them into quarters.i cut them at 15inches instead of 16 to keep them a little lighter.ill do some more today and try to finish it up a little bit each day after work.

    Nice logs!

That one on the left looks to have metal in it.

Nice score. I had a buddy drop a 40 yard roll off of stuff that size once. It was a bit overwhelming to say the least. I’d like to say slow and steady worked for me but I’d be lying. I worked it a bit at first then it sat for a month or so. Wife got sick of looking at it and I got sick of hearing about it so I went blitzkrieg on that pile and got it done. However it’s gets done that’s a great pile of oak!

Sweet load there. Pin oak is some heavy stuff. Scored some recently and forgot how heavy it is.

Keep nibbling away and it will get done.

Tell Jason the logs are over 36" diameter and he would need to section them up. If that doesn't work I don't know what will.

3 tree services dropping firewood off? Yeah, you're going to get overwhelmed if even one of them is getting after it. Still a great problem to have in my opinion.
