    I'm looking to the vast knowledge base here as to what they may think of this P & C. To me it looks like it may have been run very rich, which would lead to carbon scarring. To those more knowledgeable please let me know your thoughts if it would be able to clean this up to make a good running saw.

    Not a great picture but that could be from running cheap oil
    Oil like super tech (Walmart) oil
