After a run at Dennis's my 460 has developed a incontinence issue.
It also has a less than stellar oil delivery.
I'd like to replace the pump with a high output one and replace any rubber parts at the same time.
Does anyone have the IPL or the part numbers? My dealer has a new parts guy and I'd rather just give them the numbers.
I'm sure someone like huskihl has them memorized.
    Thanks, Keith

Nothing to worry about. It's just sweat from all the horsepower!

My 346XP developed a leak a handful of years ago. I fixed it a couple years ago by simply replacing a couple lines. The system used in the 346/350's are known to be leakers I guess.

it helps to crack open the oil tank for bit after you are done for the day. bit of pressure builds up. the old hot engine heating up a liquid which is looking for somewhere to expand to.

I can give that a shot. Still puts out a dismal amount of oil though.

I don’t know the part numbers but you want the oil pump from an MS 460R or 461R. At about 1/3 of the price you can buy just the R piston and R control bolt and do the work yourself in about a half hour. I would replace the oil line, degrease everything, and use a sealant when you put it back together

The hose lightly taper-fits into a hole in the case. And the oil pump lightly taper-fits onto the hose. Use sealant on both sides of the taper

Gotcha. When I did my 026 I just pushed it together. What is your sealer of choice?

I use Motoseal because that’s what I have laying there. I have heard others used silicone with good results. I would actually think silicone would be better
