Yup. Was going to be like this kinda sorta but the plan changed and it will be 12x14 with no centre post. Dam bylaws.

 

The bylaw occifer said that I can build a two acre roof as long as the footprint isn’t more than 215’ sq. I have 24’ beams for it so I’ll have a hangover.
