Unloaded a cord of Lodgepole rounds into my lean-to. Keeping things dry while this snowstorm rolls through.

Just came in from helping dad shorten splits in the cradle I made him. I think we did about 5 or 6 “loads”. Also topped off his carport stacks.

My gut is splitting. Started with all I could stomach ribs last night and just finished the turkey and gravy fest. Now for a break before hammering some apple streusel and pecan pie. Going for the gold! Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

Dropped a big ash, did my first ever climb on a big partially hollow black walnut. Dropped 2 cherry as well that are not pictured. Most of this was dragged to his sawmill for lumber. I took home a small firewood score

I've decided to spend some quality time with my x27. I'll split-n-stack some ash I have. It'll help work off yesterday's food.

I spent a few hours clearing an area next to the deck so i can assemble wood bundles here. Have four cords for such to sell in the next 2-3 months. Burned a bunch of old boards in the firepit.
After i got it set i did use the little electric splitter to section some bigger splits and put some bundles together for an order.
