I bought this saw a couple months ago and have thrown everything at it that I can think of. Most that have been here have heard my struggle with it. The saw will start and run above 4,000 RPM, but will not run below that (regardless of where the L screw is). I am not really savy on carburetors, so I don't know if it is a metering valve, etc. I did clean it and all appeared well. Short of buying a new carb (which is what I suspect). It does not run "right". I can take a video tomorrow of how it runs if anyone would like. Comes with 20" Bar and chain. I would like to get $150 plus shipping to CONUS. It would make a good (cheap) 60 cc saw for someone who has more time than I do.
I just want you to know that it has fuel issues Jack. Santa or Mike (whoever you plan on sending it to) will have a little extra work to do. Replying to your PM after this post Jack..
I'm sure someone will be able together it right. A new carb or maybe a rebuild on it will get that straightened out. If not there's a few options on carb swaps to do.
How about you text me before listing saws in the classifieds broski I have a few too many on my plate, getting ready to list a couple myself too. Better be quick on the trigger tonight
No worries bro, just being ornery. But seriously, selling a couple saws as soon as the wife is off the PC. Model number starts with 2, and ends with 62XP lol.
I had a deal on it before (as you know), but we both agreed that the time had expired and we both needed to move on. Sorry. I know I should send a PM out to some people, but then the list would be like 20 people long and it would consume 2-3 days if a few people didn't want it. I could have gotten more, I realize this. But this is my "Break Even" price. I always try to give folks a deal when I can. I know I appreciate it when a good deal comes my way.
