So last year after the Bruen decision in NY we were also finally granted our right to carry here in NJ. The bruen decision basically eliminated the "may issue" and reinstated "shall issue". I've had my utah non-res for a while now and have only been able to carry while on vacation in TN so every day carry is totally new. I've been carrying a Springfield 911 iwb at 4 oclock and it's been ok as most times I don't even know it's there. Even though it's small the only time I really notice it is when I bend to that side and the beaver tail tends to dig in my side. So I've been on the hunt for a new carry gun.

I had my eyes on the sig p365, ruger max9, s&w shield plus and canik mc9.
My buddy had all but the canik at his range so i took a ride up to shoot them all and see which one fit best. Long story short, I came home with the 365 since i shot best with it. Currently waiting on a vedder light tuck holster for it.

I'm an LCP guy. Have an original I carried for a long time then I got a II w/laser. They both pretty much fit in any pocket if I don't feel like IWB, but that is where I prefer 80% of the time. No issues bending over or what not.

365 is a great gun. My kahr cm9 fits in my pocket and that can spoil you vs holster. But I think one day I'll have a 365 x/xl or some mutation of the x/xl.

I'm assuming yall have mag capacity restrictions up there?

The Wood Wolverine the lcp is a great little pocket gun. He had one of those at the range too that i put a few rounds through just for fun.

Eckie yea 10rd mag limit. We're hoping that gets overturned in the near future as well. Still fighting some carry restrictions that our fuhrer, i mean governor put in place shortly after we got our right to carry.

I carry an LCPII. Easy to conceal and reliable.

If you can find one, Diamondback DB9. Even with full power P+ 9mm loads, it’s comfortable to shoot with my arthritic wrist. 63795889011__82F19159-3CEF-4910-82A8-C6CBA71BC52B.jpeg 63788498177__B0EF3D60-84D3-40A0-BD4B-D5974964B722.jpeg

Love my sig 938 for it’s compact and yet comfortable to shoot. Find what fits your hand, you can be consistently accurate, and feel conceals well and train up.
I lost access to my range as it was a friends place and he moved so I’m seeking a range nearby.

my first pistol was this cz-P07, then a shield but i didn’t like the feel of it. This sig does me well.

They are not much fun to shoot/plink and are definitely a close range gun. My boy got the single stack 9mm Glock. I'd love to have one. I guess the ability to "dissapear" when carrying is a priority for me. Has to be small.

Every once in a while I carry this one. With a modded clip it holds 13rds +1 in the chamber.

    Very comfortable plinker.

In the summer it's a ruger LCP appendix IWB carry can't be seen under a Tshirt.

In the winter it's a glock 19 appendix IWB. This is the prefered sidearm due to capacity, dependability, and it's what our cops use.

I have large hands. Love the newer kydex holsters.

On edit. The little LCP I use is the economy version EC9s. It's a 9mm to match the glock because a) I don't like .380, b) cops carry 9mm, c) I don't want to stock multiple similar handgun calibers.

The EC9s spends a lot of time in the salt and sweat so it has actually formed a little rust despite relatively frequent oil. Cheap and replaceable though unlike the glock19 with a 15 round mag that is now illegal to purchase in my state.
