I have a Karen tenant (seriously that's her name) who complains about everything. She told me her boyfriend said there was a "Widowmaker" in the front yard and it will kill her and her boyfriend.. I can't wait for the Ash that's dying to fall..

I come by to take care of it and it's an old Paper Mulberry in the front corner of the yard where they never walk and actually stopped mowing last summer (this is an ongoing argument with these people).

I picked up a small limb from the dying Ash in the front yard as well. Not sure if any of you have seen these before but they used to be common yard trees.

That looks like a big white ash on its way out in the left in the second photo. I imagine once some limbs start dropping out of that, Karen is definitely gonna want to speak to the manager.

Why are there green areas and some strange yellow spots in the yard?

Tell Karen that it won't be a widowmaker until they're married, until then it's just an oldmaid killer!

Those are the daffodils I planted several years back. I always buy a couple of the "50 bulb potato sacks" of them every fall and plant in random places. I love those things.

Thanks. Now if I can get them to take care of it like they should be doing.
