Anyone use them? I need to order various pipe and I like what I see from Rockford and after talking to a representative on the phone, I was impressed with his knowledge and how easy the company seemed to deal with.

    Thanks in advance.

I bought my smooth wall chimney liner off of them. It failed down close to the stove (burnt through). I had it for 8 years, could not find the receipt but I knew it had a lifetime warranty. Called them and they found my sale info and advised that the other ribbed liners were recommended for wood or coal stoves and sent me a new liner and new insulation kit free of charge. Also bought a chimney cap off of them. Have nothing but good to say.

I’ve used Rockford and Northline for chimney related stuff and both have been good to go in my experience.

They let me change items on my liner kit that are not normally offered together, and it took a couple phone calls. When I apologized for the extra trouble the guy gave me a (sincere) speech on how I'm the customer , and they're here to serve me, not the other way around, etc.
Surprising, in modern times. All at fair prices too.

I used them for my chimney liner, insulation and some caps. Had no issues, timely shipping and good communication.

That’s good info to know in case I ever have a problem. I’m sure I knew it had a warranty but have since forgotten. I put mine in about 8 or 9 years ago also. Smooth walled flex pipe, I will have to check it out and make sure everything looks good. Thanks.

First experience with them: ordered flexible pipe and some odds & ends for my inlaws 3 or so years ago. Good price and delivered on time.

Second experience with them: talked a cousin into ordering an oval liner to fit his chimney- there was a mix up with the order and they fixed the problem within 1 day, and sent the replacement the following day.

If I'm in a position to need a liner again, I'll go to them.
