A little (tractor) picture story

    This yellow birch tree snapped across a "road"

    No I could get under it but it's eventually going to be a problem.

    It's still hanging at the stump, about 5' in the air. The top as you can see is way up on the other trees.

    Put the weight on the tractor and cut it off.

    Got the log back into the woods and cut the top off where I could grab it.

    Then moved both pieces out of the way.

    Grabbed the top (junk) and stuffed it back in the woods to turn into dirt well off the "road".

    Then drug the 2 pieces out to wider "main road" where I can grapple them sideways. 20220703_104014.jpg
