My nephew is a heavy equipment operator for Glacier National Park, Montana. He sent me these pics yesterday from the seat of his Cat. He does the pioneer cut on Going to the Sun Highway. They made it to the Triple Arches yesterday.

That’s a cool old tractor. I’ve been on going to the sun road, amazing place. How long does it take them to get the road open?
Depends on the May snow dumps. But it usually takes at least 10 weeks and they start plowing April 1st.
