I hope therapy can help your shoulder. Cuff surgery is NO joke. My cuz said he would rather have back surgery before shoulder surgery again. He has had both...

Morning, beautiful day here today, 11C right now, working outside in a tee shirt and there is still 2 feet of snow in the yard.

Looks like our wind will come back today. Yesterday they reached 52 mph. I didn't go walking in the woods.

Good morning everyone! Mike, another possibility is that you have a frozen shoulder. I've had a couple. You lose your range of motion when connective tissue binds up the joint. It hurts bad when you try to extend it. Physical therapy fixes it.
I got a car load of Bradford pear at the dump yesterday. I'm glad I have that little splitter, it's pretty tough wood.
Hope to get outside for yard work, once it dries up from the overnight rain. l5apjO0.jpeg
    Have a Good Friday!

    Thanks!

I'm all in favor of PT. I just don't want to cause any further damage should there be something not right in the shoulder. If it's just a matter of pain management while doing various exercises, I'm OK with that.

Morning All. Below freezing this morning with clear skies. This should be the weather we get this weekend. It was dry enough for campinspecter to mow the lawn yesterday. Family coming tonight to stay with Mom for the weekend. We will spend Sunday with them.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning! Cloudy and 47F. We had lot of wind yesterday. I took an early lunch and tore apart the new-to-me Husky 576XP that was delivered. I pulled off the clutch cover and it was fairly nasty. I got that cleaned up, checked the air filter, put on a new bar and chain supplied by the seller, fueled it up and pulled the rope. It was a little sluggish at first but fired up. Of course I felt obligated to put it in some wood so I ran it through a big ash log. Once she wound up it was absolute carnage. After work I spent more time on the ash log pile. Didn't get much else done as I had to reload the roadside stand twice and ended up talking with a customer for quite a while. Good Friday service at church tonight. Have a God day!

Good morning. Despite the cold temps my compost piles are firing up to 130f. Can’t do much else in the garden yet, but I have all my seeds ready! Still 3’ of snow in the woods up north, so no cutting this year until sometime later in May.

Good morning everyone! We have my grandson today instead of tomorrow. Plan to dye some eggs, and split some wood. Hopefully the rain holds off.
I'm itching to hit the garden centers, but it's way too early for annuals. We're planning on taking a drive tomorrow, but most likely everything will be closed.
The front lawn is about ready to mow for the first time. I've got some early tulips out. IMG_20220416_39130.jpg
    Have a good day!

Morning all. Clear skies and below freezing. Love those tulips Midwinter My oak barrel has 8 daffodils blooming and 8 tulips with buds on them. I hope the birds don't get the buds this year. Grandkids and their parents came through yesterday afternoon on their way to Mom's place. We get to visit with them tomorrow.

The time came that Jesus sent the disciples out to spread the good news of the gospel to the people. Filled with the Holy Spirit, they went out two by two preaching, healing the sick, driving out demons and raising the dead. As we tell our neighbours the good news of the gospel, remember that you are not alone. The Holy Spirit will be with you and take care of you.

"Freely you have received, freely give." Matthew 10:8

    Happy Sabbath everyone

Good morning/afternoon! 41F and sunny, absolutely gorgeous. I started a fire early to burn sensitive paperwork and scraps from the wood yard. I got back to the ash. I'll finish bucking today with the 576XP. I rolled the back yard earlier. It looks much better and is about ready to mow. I need to pick up willow branches and trim some shrubs. Daffodils are putting on quite a show. Have a God day!

Good afternoon y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. I started 7AM-7PM shift yesterday for the weekend, had a busy start. Rain and in the 60's now. We had an Easter bake sale this morning, my hunny said we raised $520 for missions work.
Work is going smooth now. Had computer problems to start the day.
Don't know what will happen after work, need to finish splitting some hickory.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME
