Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 28° right now, probably drop a little more at daybreak. It does warm up quick down here. Should see low 60's later. Had a good day yesterday, got 2 loads delivered, 3rd picked up. Got 2 1/2 loads to do today, that's right...1/2 load......he's a dentist and will pay a nice delivery fee for that...said he didn't have room on his porch for a full load...

Not much new here. It's been too cold for the last couple of days to do anything outside.
Latest I've heard about Brandon's dad is that he's "stable". Brandon's sister has come from California to help spell him at the hospital.

Good morning! 38F and cloudy, temps dropping throughout the day. Meetings continue at work. Another basketball game tonight. This one is away, about a 50 minute drive. Not much going on at home this week. Found out yesterday that my FIL (who was hospitalized with COVID a few months ago) will be having open heart surgery ASAP due to multiple blockages. We'll be heading to Florida once they get the procedure scheduled. Prayers are appreciated. Have a God day!

 

Morning All. Dry and supposed to get wind today. Our trip went well. Weather was overall pretty good. I am off to work today for two days.

MikeInMa I enjoyed your wild stormy beach pictures. The power of the water and wind together is quite something. Over here, we get current flow in the mix as well. Waves really build up quick.
Backwoods Savage we are back to regular winter weather after the cold. Wet and windy.
Chazsbetterhalf I will admire your snow pictures from here. I am glad ours has disappeared by now.

We know that one artery is more than 90% blocked and there are several other places that they want to address as well. All this was just discovered yesterday. He's always been a very strong man and hard worker but the last year has been really difficult for him.

 

Thoughts and prayers for your FIL have a safe trip to Florida.

Feb 1st go to get fitted for my new glasses so it should warm up by then.

Good eve everyone. Got a call from my dad yesterday saying a tornado came through the mostly older people trailer park in Florida and took the roof off his trailer along with his carport and shed was destroyed. Sure glad he and his long time girlfriend are ok. They stay in Florida in the winter and in Maine the rest of the year. From what I understand the trailer had a peak roof put on over the factory one and that's what came off. He may have it fixed depending on the cost. Midwinter //Molly. I look forward to seeing you and Tod again and glad you liked the pictures. I half to admit she sleeps on the bed and I dont put her down.. I like it. LOL.

Good morning everyone! Raining here too, and then it gets colder. Lovely.
We're hoping that Saturday will work for a drive up to Maine to visit Mark. We haven't gone anywhere for awhile.
Swimming is saving my bacon. It's like a mini tropical vacation, the water is around 83°.
One section of the woodshed is almost empty. Soon I can start filling it with whatever I plan to burn next winter.
Middle of January and the ground is almost bare. No blizzards yet (jinx)!
