It's about time I write again and not just read. Now when Covid is under some kind of control our church decided to have a real life nativity scene on our town square. So I was the one making a stable. After watching Pinterest and Google images för a while I decided that it should be timber frame and tar-painted back wall. So I had an opportunity to use some of my softwood that I didn't want for firewood. The ladder is for stability. Since I made it in sections it was easy to bring it in to town. The pole in the middle are for attaching the star. So I hope you starting to get the Christmas feeling.
Nice! The house is begining to get decorated here. Not a mad rush, but a steady slow job. Yeah, getting that Christmas feeling just a little bit.....
That is a great idea, and great job at putting it together. Keep us up to date as people enjoy it. Our world needs more Christ in it!
Thanks for your nice comments. This weekend the stable is back in town so I snapped more pictures for you. Unfortunately I'm allowed to publish pictures with the actors but I hope you enjoy anyway.
B Beautiful job on the nativity, the whole scene looks amazing! Wish I could hop over and experience an evening there! God Bless and Merry Christmas!
