Yeah, that was the low budget option to getting the 372xp up and running with the inventory on hand. Not so sure it is oiling well, so I'll take a closer look at the setup, maybe widen the oil hole on the bar.

Looks don't matter to me in my equipment. I buy mostly used stuff and keep them maintained but well used. So a Stihl bar on a Husky may be a sin to some, but it will keep us warm with more coin in my pocket. It also seems there are more setups available for Stihl stuff.

 well said cnice from the looks of that wood it looks like your set up is working well:saw::axe::tree: and 10 4 on a extra coin in your pocket:thumbs: and it is crazy what people spend on making things look good. Serving the purpose is what its all about. I would like to know how much money I would have if I had learned that when I was younger.:loco:

No, it was time to feed the splitter. This pile should round out year 3 c/s/s. The good news is I'm sitting on another cord to two for the '17-'18 season already home, the bad news is I have to stack that pile first.

I dont't have any big wood here so I could only noodle. I can tell you it is the best noodling saw I have ever run!

441 is listed for $600 shipped power head only but another member here has worked me lower but nothing has been finalized.
