Finally can get to upload some pics. One round came with a bonus dog chain. Loaded the longer cut limb wood in my trimming rack. 20211013_165926.jpg 20211013_165929.jpg 20211013_165943.jpg 20211013_165952.jpg 20211013_170349.jpg 20211013_171625.jpg

I like that idea. But I usually don't decorate for any holidays outside. I figure nobody can see my house from the road, so why bother. Plus it's just another thing I have to do.

Not a bad deal for a couple barrow loads of cherry.

That made it a decent deal. The worst part is when you get wood like that and it is in different lengths. That takes a lot of time to recut and the short ones are harder to stack.

I am pretty used to getting different sizes. I like to have some shorter splits so I can load the stove east/west, or build a cabin fire. There was a couple short cuts, I don't mind it too much. As for the long cut ones, I put them in my trimming rack, and cut them all at once.

Great trade! I think if I had extra time on my hands and a limited supply of wood I would've paid $100 for the oak though.
