That’s nice. But now I’m wondering if somehow the F H and C could be manipulated into becoming the spikes LOL. Guess the H would need to lay on its side. Some tricky designing above my pay grade.
Finally got around to making a pattern for larger dogs on my 362 Stihl with the 24" bar. The ones on the right are patterned off an actual large commercial pair which I needed for the fit against the saw and the left has the enhanced teeth and the FHC letters. They fit well but I was conservative on the letter size and could go slightly bigger. Also these are mild steel and the metal needs to be high carbon or SS for rigidity. I don't currently have the right thickness SS metal. Guess I need to chase some down. To complicate matters, There are an old and new style bar side plate. I have the newer and would have to redo the screw holes location for an older plate. Something to do to pass the time during the "Firewood Doldrums" (Too hot outside).
I'm late to this thread, but the Swag store link just came up on my screen, and when I clicked on it, I got an error message and it said, "You don't have permission to access this page ", or something like that. Swag store still closed?
Yeah. I hear that. I don’t want to bash anything or anyone here but wouldn’t the swag shop make some sort of a profit to help support site? I have been wanting to buy some shirts for a while but can’t do it. I wish I could help but that’s out of my league. be more than happy to buy some swag if that would help. thanks everyone here for a great place but we need some swag!
Scotty Overkill teased new shirts or some such in the Central PA gtg thread I know I won a pretty sweet fhc hat at a PA gtg at Chris’ many years ago!
I am sure it’s no small task to arrange the reopening of the Swag Shop. BUT Thank you for the effort you folks are putting in on this endeavor.
I hope so, there's enough motivation to get this underway and we'll all be able to get back on track. Looks like lots of folks here are dealing with more work and less time for arrangements. Patience will pay off!!
