This stove conveys with a house a relative is considering buying, limited info from the owner and the RE agent mistakenly lists it as a "sandstone" stove. Is this a Woodstock or a Hearthstone?

Looks like a Hearthstone Homestead to me.

Ya it's either a Heritage or Mansfield by Hearthstone.I'll work better if the stove could be brought out more from the opening by extending the hearth. That brick will suck up a lot of the stove's heat.Hopefully the chimney is blocked off so the heat won't be lost up the chimney.

Could be. I was just going by the pictures. I do sort of like the wide feet better.

In that case, my first guess was that is was a Heritage, but the wide feet in pictures led me to believe it was different.

If I had the width of the front door I could verify if it's a Mansfield or not.Ya that picture makes it hard to determine the size of the stove.

It does look like it could be a Mansfield.
