    Approximately 280 acres of cut however much I want! About 80% red oak, 10% white oak and the rest is a mix of hickory and pecan. Hoarders paradise!! Another guy came in and fell a bunch of trees about a year and a half ago and disappeared leaving it all behind.

    80% red oak! That's even better news. Doesn't get any easier to process IMO. I'd be using vacation days galore.
