3" thick cut,local raised pork chops on the jumbo joe

I brined them in this for 2hrs....woulda went longer but that's all the time I had.

 

first time using the sweet brine....usually make my own....3" thick and only 2hr brine time might not be fair....the bottle read 1hr minimum

 

sliced up a small pork loin filet
