3 eggs, Gordon Ramsey style (watch THIS video to learn how to do it) 2 Stone & Skillet plain English muffins (BEST MUFFINS IN THE WORLD) Fresh ground black pepper Jarlsberg cheese Tobasco. And a cup o' Midnight Joe coffee from BD Provisions in Fairfield, CT.
Looks great! Yes, more people need to watch and learn how Gordon Ramsay cooks scrambled eggs. My wife has been making them that way a couple of years now. They are so much better than any other way of cooking them.
Saw the title and brought me back to my college days......A semi cool beer from the cooler and some aspirin to relieve the reminder from the night before.
Dang, that looks great. EDIT: watched the vid.. I hate snotty eggs so mine would have to be less than runny.
I usually change up the breakfast meat and scrambled or fried over light. None of it is heart healthy, but Ramsey’s recipe reads like a fast track to bypass surgery. I’m sure it tastes great though.
If you guys really want to blow your mind, watch this video from Chef John and how he makes the classic french omelette. I will never EVER make a "traditional" omelette again. First time I watched the video it was 11:30pm and I got right up and went straight into the kitchen and made it. Talk about my mind being BLOWN. It's actually even BETTER than the Gordon Ramsey scrambled eggs.....but worry not, there's even MORE butter in this recipe. Lmfao. I should update my signature to read "I love butter - and butter loves me!" Now, I have to warn you - this guy's voice is so annoying but what he actually says is really good stuff.
I don't like my eggs too runny either.....mine are definitely medium in that dept....no liquidy mess but not dry dry either.
Mine would be considered dry. I have a mental block about eggs not being fully cooked. Scrambled and boiled are the only ways I eat them.
Well, I joined the club, came in yesterday. Ordered the 4 pack and hat deal. They are good, a little denser than the ones I've had before. Hope breakfast doesn't fight today... New England muffins, eggs, sausage and cheese with GEORGIA muscadine jelly.
What's the deal? Are you guys paid affiliates of Stone & Skillet? They just look like ordinary, everyday, ehhh English Muffins!!!
When I was 18 the breakfast of champions was beef jerky, a fistful of combo’s(snack pretzel cheese thing) and a can of coke. I think I’d be dead if I still ate like that.
That's awesome. I make homemade chicken stock (12 hours) and tomato sauce (6 hours, requires 3 quarts of chicken stock first)....never tried making a jelly....but the next time I get Cara cara oranges I may be tempted to try and make some marmalade.....
