Yup, todays the day! Normally, we'd be getting those little monsters asking for candy at the door. In recent years, hardly any show up. Last two years, maybe one or two kids total. 99 lbs keeps asking "Do you think we should buy some candy just in case we get any trick or treaters?" "YES!"
dont think is going on over here this year, with covid 19,our goverment is having a meeting right now, about another lock down and i was going on holiday next week in corwall.
Its been years and years since we've had any but I am usually able to talk the wife into getting candy, just in case...
Spooky movies on tonight, chilling with the pups and my wife. Guess what kind of firewood we are burning?
Nothing here....but 99 lbs wanted to know about the "missing" treats! Horkn I was thinking the same thing as Chvymn99 with the "elm street" in mind. Good answer!
We had our first Trick or Treaters in 25 years here! It was our little nephews, we didn’t have any candy so we gave them cash.
No trick or treaters for years now that we moved out of town and yesterday I forgot all about it. I do hope it was a good one for others.
Never had trick-or-treaters here except for nephews. Driveway is too long and dark. My sister bought a house in the housing developement a mile up the road where they dense packed houses on 3/4 acre lots and they get kids from all over. Some people were putting cardboard tubes and plastic pipes on handrails on their front steps to shoot candy down so kids wouldn't be contaminating community bowls of candy with their dirty grubby Covid laced hands.
