    Screwloose,

I'm glad you responded with your results/thoughts... Great feedback and it appears to be a safer alternative for sure. You can buy me a beer.. :)

I've never had anything that worked close to this stuff for virtually all insects, and it's cheap... At $3.00/ gal.
I used some this last weekend to spray around the doors inside and out. Big difference in minimizing the bugs inside and outside the house. Sprayed some outside the shed where we get carpenter bees and wasps..kills them on the spot.
    Keeps the ticks away too.

Glad you liked it. My friends I turned on think it's the bomb too... And yes, it's toxic to cats... So be aware.

Maybe give one more feedback as the year goes on with the Japanese beetles to tell us how it worked for you all summer?

I will certainly do that. My son is taking the sprayer home tomorrow to do his house and another friend gets it when he's done.

I used to raise Muscovy ducks, they seek out Japanese beetles! All natural bug elimination! lol

I do the same with raccoons. Where we live no discharging of firearms. I release them out on the nearby Army Range that is full of coyotes.
Ducks are terrors on bugs and even mice and rats! I had a neighbor who had ducks in a covered pen. A mouse was on the top wires and he knocked it into the pen. Those ducks attacked like a bunch of piranhas!

I went on a Japanese beetle destruction tour. I shot them with a bb pistol, picked them off and threw them in the dynatrap ( very gratifying that" ping" noise was), picked some off and smashed them on the ground, sprayed some with the Ortho spray, as well as used a bit of Ortho in a old water bottle and coaxed them to drop into the death, and my wife used cutter yard spray a few weeks ago. The Japanese beetles have drastically been reduced. To the point that I've not seen any in a good week or so.
