    Ohio dave no chit, you nailed it! I just removed an oak base for a young couple @ their newly constructed house. Husband says that walnut is coming down if you want it. I said sure! Have them cut it in 6’ sections. After it was down, the wife’s dad told them they could get 20k for it. I have the message saved (for a good laugh). 21”x17” oval at the base. I told them a lot of people think it’s gold and if they find different, I’m still interested in taking it/cleaning up their mess.
