I sold a fuel tank to a guy, who turned out to be a logger. He actually is a commercial firewood processor. Guessing I have three but at least 2 trailer loads of logs that are too big for the processor. Most of this is within 3 miles of the house. Starts this weekend. Pics to come!

Since they are too big for his processor, are you getting them for free?

A7AF4902-66FB-47F5-8B1E-3DB3A05F89E3.jpeg First pic, from the logger. I haven’t been over yet. Not a bad start. They are not free, but he is loading my trailer so it saves my back!!! Value to bringing home logs and processing at home is huge to me. Plus I want to mill some for hubby projects etc.

Niiiiiice! Great firewood and great milling stock. Good that you have the equipment to move them too. Will you continue to get his oversized logs Woodsnwoods ?

It sounds like I will be. He lives two miles away, and logs tracts near by. I can only take so much, but I will stay stocked!

Can you do any milling/processing at his site? How many cord you figure for this load?

He figured two trailer loads, on my big trailer, plus he is setting some aside on his logging site. Plenty

Wonder what is the brand of his processor. Just be a smaller processor. Sometimes they can cut the butts off to make them fit. You'd need a huge processor to handle 30" though.
