This tree was dead and in the way of where I'm putting in fencing. So, it had to go. Good thing I don't do this for a living, I'd go broke for sure. Slow and steady, lots of double-checks and redos. But, I have to say, I felt very safe the whole time, and it laid down right where I wanted it to. I took the first 12' log for lumber, but the rest goes to the firewood pile. FYI, the saw is a MS361 ported by Tree Monkey, wearing a 20" bar with RS chain. The file job on the chain is kind of crappy, so it wound up kind of grabby. That saw is smooth as silk with a decent chain.

On the ground. No person hurt. No collateral damage. Well done!

BTW, the tree was actually grown straight up, not leaning. I just set my phone up wonky.
