The high temperature copper silicone disappeared after I did a visual inspection during my warm weather cleaning :picard:
I think I'll try to braze it later and temporary use chimney cement in the meantime or let it as is ;)

Drolet Eco-65. Does anyone know the two buttons to push simutaneously to reset BOTH auger motors? Power went out and they are not running, for the life of me I cannot it the manual.

Edit, just remembered, getting cold in here. its push - and + that resets the whole board. Tried it and now feeding and should ignite soon  That was it, both augers working now.

Editing to add again, it is on a UPS surge protector.

I've had the auger time-out on me twice so far this season,Each time ,I clean all the pellets out of the hopper to see if there is something causing a jam...I find some
sawdust.I press the lid safety switch and the prime button and it works fine. Then I vac the Auger out, fill hopper, prime it and it starts back up and im in business.I
Also checked for play in the auger ,it had very little. Any Thoughts Gentleman? Is it time for a new auger motor?? Thanks in Advance!!

Do you sift your pellets? Everytime I switch pellets and run the hopper empty I vacuum and oil the brass coupling. Mine also leaves a buildup of fines underneath inside the cabinet.

Yes and no,First start of the season I clean hopper every week. Then I start vaccing them when it really starts to go though alot per day
Was thinking about getting the beefier auger motor,The Fahrenheit are rate at 150 inch lbs of stall torque,The Glean/Avery unit is 180.
I started Vaccing them as of the failure.

Yes Sir,Found one at premier heating in Ludington. Got it installed and been working perfect since. The old unit was starting to melt where the hot wire connects on the fan control side. Side note,
    them damm things are spendy!

I'm mixing my corn(30%) with pellets(70%) so I can't tell you what gives. It might be sticking to the burn plates ? I find my exhaust screen gets a build up of soot, could be the fines in the corn which I manually screen prior to mixing with pellets. I need to find a way to vacuum the corn prior to loading my barrels. The bluejays are enjoying the crumbs :D
