As some of you might know, I am all out of "inventory", to CSS as stacks become empty.

So, time to rectify that situation, nd off tp my SIL's this morning

    EDAGS!! Pink fungus!

    IMG_20191111_075822255.jpg

taking that leaner down, and smaller brush around it
    IMG_20191111_075852159.jpg

Dead standing red oak! Not standing any more IMG_20191111_080522932.jpg

    Bodies everywhere. IMG_20191111_081340502.jpg

These big boys will have to wait. A tractor would be the safe way to proceed. Ropes and chains to guide them down IMG_20191111_082028808.jpg
    IMG_20191111_082050224.jpg

    More DSRO!! IMG_20191111_085732665.jpg

Starting to look like you-know-who, after a run to Winchester NH. IMG_20191111_095212323.jpg IMG_20191111_102034480.jpg

Back home. Most DSRO. is on the right side, standing up. IMG_20191111_110207206.jpg

    DSRO IMG_20191111_110215452.jpg

There's more DSRO over there. I'll be back for it. Already have some of it cut into rounds, but the minivan was looking heavy.

Nice looking haul. Wish I could get some easy cutting. The only problem with the picture is You Know Who's saws don't have that much orange on them. :rofl:

Mike, you had best be attacking all those trees with that pink fungus on them.

Well, I expect to burn 3-4 cords this season. So, 3-4 cords to restock. Of course, more is better. ☺

Way to haul with what you have...I get my rocks busted by my friends and co-workers all the time because of what I haul in my SUV.

Back at my SIL's this morning. Beautiful day to be making firewood.

Nice little dead oak that I dropped. About 5in at the base. 7, 4-foot pieces.

Pic doesn't do the load justice with shadows. But, smaller than the load earlier in the week.

    Pile is growing.

I'm pleased with the size. Most will be cut to length, then stacked. Some will be simply split in half. A couple into thirds.

Another beautiful day. So, I prepped the DSRO, for introductions to the x27.

Cut up the poles to length. All ready with the splitting stump.
    IMG_20191116_143453263.jpg

The other rounds I have, are also ready to go with its own splitting stump. IMG_20191116_143858277.jpg

All the splits will be stacked here.
    IMG_20191116_143512670.jpg

I don't like running chain saws on Sunday mornings. So I'll have some tunes playing as I split tomorrow morning.

Looks like it may be ready to burn, might want to stack it on the porch instead!
