Found a DR electric splitter to play with last night on Craigslist.
Though the guy showed me it worked at his house, I couldn’t wait to test it this morning.
It surprised me what it would do!
I wanted one to be able to use in the garage with the wood stove going, the tv on some old movie, and a cold drink nearby while I split kindling.
It doesn’t appear to have a cup holder though. Sigh... I guess I’m just meant to suffer hardship.

Let’s not tell the missus about this one (#4) for now.

I had thought about getting an electric splitter since most of the wood i scrounge is easy splitting.
Too bad about no cup holder. My MS261 came with one. IMG_1609.JPG

How do you like that grapple bucket on the Kubota? I have been thinking of going that route. Right now I use forks and they work ok but I would think that grapple would be the way to go.
