I'm trying out two whole chickens on the Teaeger today, just rinsed them off and removed all the inner parts. Patted them off, sprayed with some Pam and coated with Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Temperature is 325 on the Traeger. 20170112_170206.jpg 20170112_170213.jpg

These might be over cooked, but I like chicken done. 20170112_193018.jpg 20170112_193023.jpg

I carved them up and used some for chicken pot pie and chicken tetrazzini?
