    This season was the earliest I quit burning - barring a sudden 2-3 days of dark, rainy, 48* days. Heck, I haven't burned since sometime in May!!!! Haven't used the boiler either. There were a couple of mornings it would have been nice to get the chill off. But those were days that were going to heat up and I wanted my house as cool as possible before that happened so I just dealt with sweatshirts instead.

    Damm, could have fired a little last few mornings to take off the chill and dampness :loco: :crazy:
    But of course that isnt going to happen here, not in mid July

    Yup, could have easily fired it up but it's unplugged for the summer and burning in July is just plain WRONG.

    So is seeing so many in sweatshirts at a Sox/Yankees game on July 14. Wasnt there but caught some of it on the moving picture box

    I got a small load of Nations Choice in mine , But it's not burning , just left over from last season and a chit load of ash that needs to be cleaned out before the next burning season kicks off :cheers:

    Some windows closed, a few open, shorts on, ac and fans off, truck window open. A few more degrees would be nice though.

    Sun came out around 4 PM and warmed up a little :)

    X2, except for the thermals. Wife would :heidi: if I ever lit the stove. She thinks 57 is comfortable this time of year while I walk around cold.
