    Got ol' smokey fired up, smoking some double smoked bacon and some burgers. Got a buddy from work over, good times.

    Oh, and a trick my brother and I came up with using out pellet smokers: smoke those buns for 10 minutes. Bread really picks up the smoke flavor.

    I have a side smoker that's gotten old and rusty, but I wanted one of those digital types so I didn't have to babysit the thing. I know, I'm lazy and not a purist.
